Refund policy

30 Day Return Window

All order issues must be reported within 30 days of order receipt.

A flat return processing fee of (US: $15 CAD, Canada: $10 CAD) will be charged unless the wrong item was sent to you.

For Canada and US returns you can access the return portal here. If you are inquiring about a return from any other country please email us at support@aiori.co.

A refund will be issued upon receipt and passed inspection of the item at our warehouse. The refund will be processed to the original payment method only. Shipping fees and duties are non-refundable.

Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and submit a return if an item is defective (has broken clasps, tarnishing, etc) or if the wrong item was received.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item we offer an exchange or refund.

Wrong item sent

If the wrong item was sent to you, we will send you the correct replacement free of charge, and send you a free return label to return the incorrect item back to us.

Warranty Period

If an item is damaged within our warranty period (30 days), a refund or replacement will be processed within 3 to 5 business days of your return submission.

Please note, it may take 3 business days for the refund to show up on your bank/credit card statements.

 

Non Returnable Items

Merchandise, final sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

 

Refund Processing Time

Typically within 3 business days of receipt back to the warehouse, and once the item has passed inspection.

 

Exchange

We cannot process straight exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for another, you must initiate a return and then place another order with the new item.
