Operations Coordinator
Role Description
As we grow, we’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to oversee key aspects of logistics, inventory, and e-commerce operations.
Location: Toronto (Hybrid – Dupont St & Symington Ave)
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities
- Manage our Shopify store, ensuring seamless updates to UX/UI, product pages, SEO, and Shopify apps.
- Oversee logistics and fulfillment, coordinating with carriers and our fulfillment team for timely deliveries.
- Improve shipping, receiving, and inventory management processes.
- Maintain relationships with wholesale partners, suppliers, and collaborators.
- Track inventory, forecast demand, and optimize key promotional SKUs.
- Plan and coordinate events such as photoshoots, pop-ups, markets, and brand activations, ensuring smooth
Requirements
- Experience in e-commerce (Shopify) and logistics preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Fulfillment Associate
Role Description
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to manage order processing and assist with additional tasks as needed.
Location: Toronto (Onsite – Dupont St & Symington Ave)
Contract: Part-time, 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Friday)
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship online orders (independently and in collaboration with the team)
- Maintain inventory
- Conduct quality checks on incoming inventory
- Assist with additional tasks as needed
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and a sense of ownership over your responsibilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience in fulfillment is a plus
