Q: What are Mystery Bundles?

There are 6 Mystery Bundles to choose from, pick your metal and we choose the rest.
Each Mystery Bundle contains a mix of 3 items, this can include a pair of earrings, a cuff, a necklace, a bracelet, or a ring.

Q: What products are included in the Warehouse Sale Mystery Bundles?

A: Mystery Bundle items include best sellers, limited edition styles, older styles from our archives, samples, and b grade items.*

*B-Grade items
All of our products at Aiori undergo a very stringent quality assurance process. Instead of having B Grade (minor defect) products go to waste, we are including them in our Mystery Bundles for customers to purchase at a significant discount!

Q: What possible minor defects could these products have? *Please see images below

A: Items may have:

-Minor scratches, scuffs, surface marks, or small dents

-Slight bending or distortion of shape

-Rotating or moving components not functioning smoothly

-Irregularity in chain areas

-Pearls slightly larger, smaller or irregular than standard specifications

-Minor discolouration & embellishment misalignment

Q: Will the packaging be the same as regular priced items?

A: No, items that are sold as part of our warehouse sale will be in minimal packaging and/or with previous editions of our old branding material.

Q: Can I return or exchange an item marked as "Warehouse Sale" ?

A: No, all warehouse sale purchases are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or refunds.
