What is your return policy?

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, we offer an exchange or refund. The issue must be reported within 30 days of receiving your order.

What is your return processing time?

All returns will be processed within three business days of submission.

What is your warranty period?

If an item is damaged within our warranty period (30 days), a refund or replacement will be processed within 2 to 5 business days. You do not need to return the item to us.

Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit or isn’t to my liking?

If the item doesn’t fit or is not to your liking, it is eligible for return within 30 days. A refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the item at our warehouse, typically within three business days. 

A flat return processing fee applies (US: $15 CAD, Canada: $10 CAD)

Which countries are eligible for returns?

Currently, returns are only available for customers in Canada and the United States.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

If the wrong item was sent to you, please return it to us, and we will send you the correct replacement free of charge.

Which items are not eligible for returns?

Merchandise and final sale items are not eligible for returns.
