For every dollar (CDN) you spend on your purchase, you will receive 1 point. If you are shopping in a different currency, your order total will be automatically converted to the equivalent in Canadian dollars for point calculation.

Only the subtotal of your purchase is considered for earning points in our loyalty program. This amount excludes taxes, shipping fees and any applied discounts.

We encourage you to redeem your points often, so that you get to experience the full benefits of the #AllEarsClub loyalty program including product, gifts, and experiences.

All unredeemed points expire when you have not engaged in point activity for 12 months from the date it is earned. It's important to note that any accumulated points or tier status will be reset after this period. In addition, points will automatically expire if your membership is revoked or otherwise cancelled.

In some cases, loyalty program discounts may not be combinable with other promotions or offers. This is subject to the terms and conditions of each individual promotion. We recommend checking the details of each offer to understand any restrictions that may apply.
