Role Description

As we grow, we’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to oversee key aspects of logistics, inventory, and e-commerce operations.

Location: Toronto (Hybrid – Dupont St & Symington Ave)

Responsibilities

  • Manage our Shopify store, ensuring seamless updates to UX/UI, product pages, SEO, and Shopify apps.
  • Oversee logistics and fulfillment, coordinating with carriers and our fulfillment team for timely deliveries.
  • Improve shipping, receiving, and inventory management processes.
  • Maintain relationships with wholesale partners, suppliers, and collaborators.
  • Track inventory, forecast demand, and optimize key promotional SKUs.
  • Plan and coordinate events such as photoshoots, pop-ups, markets, and brand activations, ensuring smooth


Requirements

Role Description

We are seeking a talented Freelance Branding Graphic Designer to refresh our branding and create a cohesive visual identity.

Location: Remote

Contract: 3-month freelance contract with potential for part-time work afterward

Timeline: Project completion by early June

Project Scope

  • Design and create visually appealing graphics for digital platforms, including social media.

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to manage order processing and assist with additional tasks as needed.

Location: Toronto (Onsite – Dupont St & Symington Ave)

Contract: Part-time, 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Friday)
