Kindly note Aiori is unable to provide replacements or refunds for stolen packages after the shipping carrier has successfully delivered the parcel. In the event that your package is returned to us due to incorrect address input or package is undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost for us to re-ship it to you.
