All our products at Aiori undergo a very stringent quality assurance process. Instead of having these products go to waste, we are holding a warehouse sale to offer customers to purchase items with minor defects at a significant discount!
Below please find answers to the most frequently asked questions regarding our Warehouse Sale items:
Q: What products are included in the Warehouse Sale?
A: Items part of our warehouse sale include our best sellers, limited edition styles, and older styles from our archives.
Q: What possible minor defects could these products have? *Please see images below
A: Items may have:
- Scuffs, scratches or dents
- Chips or off-colouring
- Embellishment misalignments
Q: Will the packaging be the same as regular priced items?
A: No, items that are sold as part of our warehouse sale will be in minimal packaging and/or with previous editions of our old branding material.
Q: Can I return or exchange an item marked as "Warehouse Sale" ?
A: No, all warehouse sale purchases are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or refunds.
